Letters of Recommendation Hall of Fame
Professor Gillespie often is asked to write letters to help students get into graduate and law school.

For a sampling of the quality of students who attend Northwest University, take a look at these letters and the impressive accomplishments of our students.

Mercy Novak  A 2003 graduate and communication major, Mercy was one of our best debaters and returned to serve as an assistant coach. She is applying to the Annenberg School of Communication. She is now a manager at Microsoft.

Kevin Botterbusch. Kevin applied for the Graduate School in Mathematics at the University of Washington.

Jordan Goddard  Jordan ranked in the 98th percentile on the LSAT law school admissions exam, was accepted to Harvard Law School the fall of 2006 and graduated in 2008. More on Jordan

Joshua Brittingham Josh was accepted to the University of Notre Dame and the UCLA Law Schools. He chose to attend UCLA Law and graduated 2007. Also see here.

James Stewart James was hired to teach communication and debate at Bethany College fall 2004.

Christina Reasner Gard Christina was accepted into law school and later chose to pursue a graduate degree in psychology.

Gideon Copple  Gideon accepted for an internship with the United Nations Association. After his internship, he was hired as an Analyst for the Council on Foreign Relations in New York City.

Roger Altizer Roger was accepted into the graduate program in communication at the University of Utah. After completing a Masters degree, he is now completing a PhD. Roger is an expert on web communication.

Jacob Witt Jacob was hired to teach English and American culture in Japan with the JET program, a position he held for the three years. He recently completed his Masters degree and intends to work on a PhD program.
