Changes to College of Ministry Courses
Hebrew and Greek:
There is a CHANGE to our undergraduate language offerings and we now offer more flexibility:
During the daytime, we will offer Hebrew and Greek in alternating years.
1. Starting this fall (2011), we will offer first year Hebrew in the daytime (MTWRF), but not first-year Greek.
2. Undergrad students wishing to take Greek in 2011-12 still have an option:
a. Meet with the graduate Greek students on Monday nights for 3 hours, once a week for the entire semester, and
b. Have an extra tutorial class once per week on Thursdays (12:30-1:45)
3. Starting in the fall of 2012 the situation will alternate, and undergrad first-year Greek will be offered in the daytime.
Undergrad students wishing to take Hebrew may jump into the grad evening class and supplement that with a once-per-week tutorial.

Remember, the first terms of these biblical languages satisfy the Language Arts component of the General Ed Requirements.
AND
The second term may count as a Bible elective at the 2000 or 3000 level
Ron Herms (chair) as well as Bob Stallman and Kari Brodin (professors) are happy to answer questions about this.
