Writing Center

The mission of the Writing Center is first to help students become better writers and second, to help writers become more self-sufficient and confident by providing them with attention, tools, and time to facilitate the writing process.

Online tutoring is now available for you.  Please note that online support will remain tutoring in nature, and will not operate as an editing or proof reading service. Reading or editing simply for commas or other grammatical elements is not within the parameters of tutoring.  For information how to use the online tutoring service, please click on “More Information” below.

Office hours for Information Services are Monday-Thursday evenings from 7:30 am to 6:00pm and personnel is on call at 425-889-5310 until 9:00 pm Monday-Friday evenings. You may also email them at help@northwestu.edu.
