Student Printing Balance
Northwest University maintains a debit balance system for student printing to campus printers and copiers, the purpose of which is to conserve resources and reduce our supply costs. Students are charged $0.04 per page of black and white printing, and $0.08 per page of color. The University subsidizes these amounts, as they are below our actual cost for supplies and maintenance.
All students (including graduate, LEAP, and traditional undergraduate) must purchase pages before they are able to print.
Please contact Information Services, help@northwestu.edu, if you have questions about this policy.
