Northwest University Duplexes and Houses are geared towards NU staff and faculty. When space permits, student families with two or more children may apply. The duplexes offer over 1,500 square feet in a town home setting. Conveniently located on the main campus, they provide employees the ideal location to stay active in the university community and not to mention a short commute. University owned homes are available to rent when they become available. Due to minimal vacancies, the housing office cannot forecast when a home will open up.
