Housing Modification Form Available: Graduates, Cancellations, Transferring to another school… you need to cancel your housing to get your deposit refunded. |

| April 2nd | Room Selection Lottery: Soph (30-59 cred) Cumulative credits do not include the current semester. |
| April 4th | Room Selection Lottery: Freshmen (<30 cred) Cumulative credits do not include the current semester. |
| April 9th | Student Apartment Lottery Placement E-mails sent out to top applications. |
| April 16th – April 18th | Room Selection Lottery: Student Apartments Applicants can enter when their lottery time begins. It will remain open till the lottery closes. |
| April 20th | Residence Hall Room Selection Lotteries Close at 5:00 PM. |
| April 25th | Summer Housing Applications DUE |
| May 1st | Modification Forms DUEANY student not registering for the fall semester or plans on leaving the university and wants their deposit back should have this form in by this date. Make sure all signatures are on the form and turned in to the housing office. |
| Fall 2012 Residents need to be registered for classes by today! Student Apartment Spots may be opened to the wait list. If you have extenuating circumstances, you should contact the housing office by this date. | |

| July 1st | New Student Housing Cancellation DayThis is the last day for New Incoming Students to cancel their Housing Application with fully refundable Housing Deposit. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to The Housing Office. |

| July 15th | New Student Housing Application DUE DATE #2 – Those who wish to receive their placement information by August 1st should have all pieces of their Housing Application submitted by this date. |
| July 15th | Register For Classes By The End Of TODAYThis is the last day to register for classes for General Placement Notification. (Those that register for classes and Applications received on or after July 16th will be placed in available openings and notified on August 22 |
