EXCEL 2013: THE BASICS

EXCEL 2013: ADVANCED FEATURES

This training session will cover Text functions, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Relative and absolute cell addresses, and IF statements. Are these concepts scary to you? Come and learn (with hands on experience). The fear will flee and you will wow your co-workers with your confidence.

OFFICE MIX: EMPOWERING POWERPOINT

Office Mix is a free PowerPoint extension that enables you to add a video, draw on a slide with ink, add narration, create a screencast, or add a quiz or poll to an existing PowerPoint presentation. During this session you will create a quick PowerPoint, and then add a few of the Office Mix features. You will leave with a Mix that you can publish and share.

OUTLOOK 2013 & OUTLOOK WEB

This session will cover mailbox cleanup and archiving, using the calendar and meeting scheduler, as well as other Outlook features. You will use Remote Desktop Connection to access Outlook on your office computer. If you do not use Outlook on a NU office computer, please bring a laptop with Outlook. We will also take a quick look at the Outlook Web App for employees.

POWERCAMPUS: CREATING REPORTS USING VISTA VIEWS

Do you need to create a report to know how many students are registered? While not the most powerful reporting tool out there, Vista Views can be very useful. Attend this session to learn to use Vista Views to pull data from PowerCAMPUS.
