Welcome – Spring Orientation
Welcome to Northwest University!
We are so excited that you have decided to become an Eagle.
You are about to embark on what may be the most powerful, interesting, challenging and entertaining time of your life—your undergraduate university experience. Be assured that in your time here you will have daily opportunities to live out the mission of Northwest: to deepen your spiritual walk, pursue intellectual interests, explore vocational and service opportunities, attempt new challenges, and develop life-long friendships.
In preparation for your arrival, we have been working for months to ensure Orientation will include the critical information and experiences you will need to enjoy a successful transition into the community. Mark your calendar now for August 22-26, 2012! Thursday will consist of move-in for any students living on campus, and an evening activity that is for all incoming students. Friday’s Orientation sessions will be the opportunity to receive your student ID card, mailbox key (all students receive a campus mailbox), meet faculty and staff as well as other new students. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact our Orientation Coordinator, Haley King, at Haley.King@northwestu.edu or 425.889.5287.
We are excited you have chosen to join our community, and look forward to your contribution to our future — we are confident God has great things in store for you.
On behalf of all of us here at NU, welcome!
Paul Banas
Vice President of Student Development
