Community Living

Community Life at Northwest is all about you…and your friends…and the other people in your residence hall…and your leadership involvement…and your community service…and events on campus…and…  Really, community life is about all the different areas on campus and the ways you get involved.

Students at Northwest stay very active in campus ministries, community leadership, outreach, study abroad programs and residential programming.  You will soon find that being an Eagle is about more than attending class.  It’s about crafting a life that integrates the tough intellectual questions with real life issues and challenges.  A special camaraderie develops through collaboration on leadership events – a sense of trust and friendship that encourages and challenges at the same time.

Community life at Northwest gives you the chance to learn outside the classroom.  The biblical concept of the Body of Christ is evident as students live, serve, and learn together.  Whether it’s broomball on a Saturday night or serving children on the streets of Calcutta, students at Northwest are encouraged to develop full lives – lives full of grace, integrity, and enthusiasm!
