Perkins Loans

Welcome to the Perkins Loans Information page for Northwest University.

To receive this loan, you will need to sign the original loan documents in person when you arrive on campus.  Prior to signing, you must complete the following steps.

• Print the Perkins Confirmation Checklist and follow the steps below.
• Read the Sample Master Promissory Note for Perkins.
  This is informational only and is not a legal document for a specific student.
• Complete the Borrower's Reference Sheet and turn it in to the Perkins Loan Office with the confirmation checklist.
• Complete the Online Entrance Interview and print the confirmation page.
