Northwest University Wireless Instructions
Below are the instructions on how to setup your computer to access the wireless at NU. The following instructions are for Windows users, Mac users click here for instructions
Currently live areas on the new system are:
- Men's Residence Halls
- Women's Residence Halls
- 6710 Building
- Maintenance
- Ness Building (Bronson, Fee, Williams, and Rice)
- Enrollment Center
- Millard
- Pavillion (Gym)
- Pecota
- Davis
- Library
- Student Apartments (Buldings A, B, C, and D)
- FIRs Apartments (North, Middle, and South Buildings)
- Duplexes
Note: You must have a WPA enabled card to use the NU wireless system.
1.) Your computer will detect the wireless network. Click on the ballon to continue.
2.) Choose nuwireless and click Connect
3.) You will be prompted for the Network Key, enter: NorthwestU and click Connect
Note: Enter this exactly as shown here!
4.) You will need to install the Clean Access Agent after you connect to the Northwest University wireless system. Click here for Clean Access instructions.
* Faculty and staff will need to use VPN to connect to network resources (such as Email and SCT), click here for further instructions.
