WHO YOU’LL CARE FOR: Our 1.5 year old son (DOB December 2015). And, eventually, his new sibling that's coming to town in March.
START DATE: October 30th (potentially could start as early as mid-September)
OUR CHILD IS:  Happy, loving, kind, adventurous, explorer who also loves a good cuddle during story time.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:  Someone who enjoys caring for kiddos and fostering their unique interests and our family values. For our son, that means being super active since all he wants to do is be outside exploring. For our family, that means practicing kindness, compassion, honesty, integrity, and respect for others and the environment.
OUR NANNY MUST BE:  Reliable, consistent, fun, active, kind, patient, positive, and adaptable. We would love our nanny to be resourceful and capable so we can be assured they can handle any situation thrown their way.  It would be nice if they were familiar with Positive Discipline and who understands young childhood development. We would also love someone comfortable with dogs (we have two dogs).
OUR FAMILY IS:  We like to goof around, have fun, and stay active. We believe in positive reinforcement and treating everyone with respect. We like to lead by example in hopes our children will follow our lead.
OUR HOUSEHOLD IS: We like to keep a clean and organized household as it is our sanctuary, allowing us to recharge. We spend most of our time outside the house exploring the great things Seattle has to offer. When we are at home, we avoid screen time and instead have dance parties!
OUR GOAL AS A CHILDCARE TEAM IS: We would love a nanny who feels like a part of the family and is an effective communicator so we, as a team, can work together to be the best for our kids.
