Welcome to the NU Office of Student Accounts Homepage.

The Office of Student Accounts is the area you work with to pay your University bills.  Various payment options are available to help students manage tuition costs as well as the other costs that go toward a student's education.  Typically financial aid will not cover the full cost of attendance at Northwest University.

Use the links to the right for information about these costs and how to go about paying for them.

Credit Card Convenience Fee

Over the past year, Northwest University has paid over $100,000 in credit card fees associated with receiving payments for tuition, board plans, and housing.  Until recently, the credit card companies would not allow the University to pass that fee along to the ones receiving the benefit; they have now made an exception that allows the University to charge a convenience fee to recover costs when the charges are associated with tuition, board plans, and housing.

Furthermore, the University will provide additional convenient payment options that will not incur a fee, including an e-check option.  The e-check option is available and allows for easy payment by check, whether in person, on the phone, or online.

We are discouraging students and employees from using credit cards when making payments to the University.  Credit card payments for University tuition, board plans, or housing (including employee housing) will be charged a 2.2% convenience fee to cover the banking fees associated with each transaction.

Thank you for helping us implement this cost-saving policy.
