Why be an RA? I grew and stepped out of my comfort zone a lot my freshman year, and I know that I wouldn’t be in the spot I am in right now without the guidance of RAs that I had. Therefore I want to be a helper, supporter, leader, and, most importantly, a friend to others like they were to me.
