Student Accounts is the area you work with to pay your University bills. Various payment options are available to help students manage tuition costs as well as the other costs that go toward a student’s education. Typically financial aid will not cover the full cost of attendance at Northwest University.

- How do I receive my account statements?
Statement notifications are sent to your NU e-mail address at the beginning of each month. Please keep in mind that your statements show the activity on your account during one months’ period of time. For the most up to date information please view the transactions and running balance page. For your convenience you can also click here to access previous months’ statements.
- When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on the first day of each the term. If you have completed all financial aid documents you may pay only the out of pocket on the first day as fiancial aid will take a few weeks to post.
- Can I pay my account online?
Yes. You can pay your account online at anytime. Simply click here and log in. At the bottom of the page there is a “make an online payment” button. There is no charge associated with making a payment online.
- Can I set up a payment plan?
Yes, depending on the program you are enrolled in. You can set up a payment plan with Tuition Management Systems. More information.
