Use this option if you know your current password and have not yet set up your profile. You will be walked through the process of creating security questions, and adding a mobile phone number or alternate e-mail address.
Use this option to update your security questions, mobile phone number, or alternate e-mail address that were entered when you set up your profile.
Use this option to reset or change your password using one of the methods entered when you set up your profile. If you haven't set up your Password Management Profile, you'll need to contact the IT Help Desk (see above) to have an expired or lost password manually reset.
