Employees can request equipment for meetings, class projects, and other University-related events.
Here are some guidelines before making a request:
- Avoid Redundant Requests
All classrooms have a ceiling-mounted projector and a teaching station with computer, DVD-VCR, and document camera. Some conference rooms also have permanently-installed IS equipment.
- Plan Ahead
Most equipment must be requested at least two business days in advance. This allows us to facilitate requests and deliver equipment more efficiently.
- Employees Only
Students must request equipment through an instructor or advisor for class or special event use.
