Heather Deibler, MSPAS, PA-C, brings over 20 years of clinical experience in PA medicine and has been involved in PA education since 2014. Previously, she served as the Director of Clinical Education at Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina. Additionally, she holds a clinical position as an Women’s Health PA at 3W Medical for Women, a nationally accredited non-profit women’s clinic in Seattle.

Dr. Mary Coday grew up in North Seattle. She received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Bioengineering at the University of Washington, summa cum laude. Dr. Coday then moved to Boston to obtain her medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 1994 through the Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology Program and graduated cum laude. During her years there, she had the opportunity to work on biodegradable drug delivery systems used to treat brain tumors. She did a transitional internship at Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, receiving the “intern of the year” award. She then completed her ophthalmology residency at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston.

Dr. Coday has been a comprehensive ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon practicing in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. She is a partner at Overlake EyeCare, PS, with offices in Bellevue and Kirkland, Washington.

Laura DesEnfants, MSPAS, PA-C grew up on a farm in the Midwest. She attended North Dakota State University, majoring in Microbiology with minors in Chemistry and Health Communications. She was part of the inaugural PA school class at Bethel University, a small Christian school in St. Paul, Minnesota. After graduation in 2015, Laura moved to Seattle where she has practiced in a variety of specialties, spending most of her career geriatric and internal medicine. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree with an emphasis in medical education.

Tong Pineda, MD, originally from Manila, Philippines, earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, and his Medical Degree from De La Salle University College of Medicine in Cavite, Philippines. After practicing family medicine in Manila, he moved to the United States, where he obtained a degree in Pastoral Studies from Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX.

With over 30 years of medical experience, Dr. Pineda has served as a physician and assisted other healthcare professionals. For the last decade, he has been at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA, where he works as the Simulation Facilitator and Clinical Placement Coordinator for the Buntain College of Nursing, along with being a Pre-Med advisor for the College of Arts and Sciences. In addition to his medical career, Tong is also an experienced Pastor and Minister, with three decades of expertise in church planting, leadership, small group facilitation, biblical preaching, and worship leadership.

Alisha Plummer, MSPAS, PA-C is an emergency department physician assistant and an alumnus of Bethel University, TN. She graduated with a bachelor’s in biology and associate’s in pre-medical science in 2010, and her masters in 2015. Since then, she has been a practicing PA in New Mexico and Nevada. Alisha has a special passion for rural medicine, disaster relief, and world medical missions and has traveled internationally to serve.

Nicole Reichhart, MSPAS, PA-C, has been a Physician Assistant for 12 years, primarily practicing in Emergency and Urgent Care medicine. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Cortland, followed by a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Albany Medical College. She furthered her education at Eastern Virginia Medical School, completing a post-graduate fellowship in Emergency Medicine.  Along with 6 years of teaching experience in PA education, Nicole has mentored pre-PA students and has been a preceptor for PA students throughout her career. She relocated to Washington from Tennessee and enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and three children.

Dr. Troy Douglas Decker, MPAS, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant and medical educator with over 20 years of experience in acute and vascular care. He earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is pursuing a Doctor of Medical Science in Medical Education at the University of Lynchburg. For 23 years, he served at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, where he helped establish the Vascular Center and led a multidisciplinary team in advanced vascular care. He now serves as a Teaching Associate in the Division of Vascular Surgery at the University of Washington.

Guided by a Christian worldview and a commitment to servant leadership, Troy’s teaching emphasizes integrity, excellence, and grace. A published researcher and frequent lecturer, his work includes innovations in amputation recovery and international training through Protez Academy in Ukraine. Board-certified by the NCCPA, he is a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the PA Education Association. In both clinic and classroom, Troy seeks to prepare students to be not only skilled clinicians but also compassionate caregivers.
