ExamSoft / Examplify
Examplify is the secure testing platform used by ExamSoft that allows students to take exams offline on their personal device.
Download the latest version of Examplify.
- Ensure your device meets minimum system requirements:
- Check Minimum Systems Requirements (MSRs): Windows, Mac, iPad.
- Verify Device Compatibility: Windows | Mac
- Download Installer: Windows & Mac
- Forced Updates: You’ll see a Software Update Required message when launching Examplify. Select Update to proceed. The app won’t function until the update is complete.
- Optional Updates: These may install silently. If manual action is needed, you will see a “Software Update Available” message when starting Examplify, with the option to update immediately or be reminded later.

Online Meeting Etiquette
These guidelines help you participate professionally and stay engaged during virtual classes and meetings.
- Situate yourself in a safe, appropriate location for class—never join while driving
- Test your tech – Internet connection, microphone/volume, camera, Teams/software updates
- Join on time, or even a couple minutes early
- Dress appropriately for academic setting
- Mute your microphone when not speaking
- Use video thoughtfully (enable your camera and use a tidy or virtual background)
- Stay present and avoid multitasking
- Use chat respectfully for relevant questions or resources
- Use the Raise Hand feature before speaking
- Maintain professional language and behavior
- Review shared files, recordings, or announcements
- Complete follow-up tasks as instructed
