About
Christian Lindbeck serves as Dean of the College of Ministry at Northwest University. A Northwest graduate, he has spent more than 30 years in pastoral ministry, organizational leadership, and Christian higher education. He has served as a lead pastor, executive pastor, “every other kind of pastor but kids pastor,” and previously as Vice President for Student Development at NU. He earned a Master of Theology and an M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is currently completing a Doctor of Ministry in Strategic Leadership. Christian is passionate about developing healthy leaders, strengthening the Church, and helping students connect faith, calling, and leadership with the real world. He and his wife, Jen, live in Seattle and have two independent adult sons and two decidedly less independent cats. Outside of work, Christian enjoys hiking, exploring Seattle on foot, trying new restaurants, and generally believes that good food and the outdoors are some of life’s best gifts.
