Bio

Genee’ Glascoe is part of the faculty team for the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Northwest University. Genee is a licensed professional counselor (LPC), with clinical experience spanning inpatient and residential mental health and substance abuse treatment, outpatient clinics, crisis intervention, large nonprofits, and schools. She has worked with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, children, couples, families, and groups. Genee’s research interests include athlete adjustment, wellness programming, and expanding access to mental health services for underserved communities.
Genee earned her master’s degree in Counselor Education with a Mental Health Track from the University of Central Florida in 2015 and her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of South Carolina in 2023.
