Background

Laura studied at North Dakota State University where she majored in Microbiology and minored in Chemistry and Health Communications. Furthering her studies, she obtained her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies as part of the inaugural class at Bethel University in Saint Paul, MN. Moving to the beautiful PNW, she has practiced clinically in a variety of settings and specialties before transitioning into academia. She is a busy mom of two girls and enjoys serving with her husband in their church’s youth ministry.
