Performance Evaluations
The annual performance review defines Northwest University’s expectations of the employee, identifying strengths, highlighting areas needing improvement, and directing employees toward attaining goals consistent with the University’s objectives and mission statement.
The performance evaluation and professional development plan is intended to be a development tool and thus should be formative, rather than summative, whenever possible.
