Paying Your Tuition and Fees

Payment is due by the 25th of September or January.  If you do not pay on time, late fees may be added to your University Account.  In addition, your account could be placed on a hold until you finish paying your balance, preventing you from registering from classes, getting transcripts, etc.

You can look at your account balance here in your Eagle profile.  If you have questions about your account, please contact contact the Student Financial Services Office.

Payment Options

Cash or Check  – You can go to the Cashier’s Office in Bronson Hall or mail your payment to PO Box 579 / Kirkland, WA 98083-0579.   Please do not mail cash!

Debit or Credit Card  – You can go to the Cashier’s Office in Bronson Hall, call 425-889-5241, or pay online in the  transactions page of your student account .

Wire Transfer  – Please email international@northwestu.edu for wire transfer information.

International Student Payment Plan

The Northwest University International Student Payment Plan Agreement is designed to provide flexible and structured payment options for students managing their educational expenses. This plan allows international students to divide their semester balance into manageable monthly payments while maintaining their enrollment and immigration status. By outlining clear expectations, deadlines, and responsibilities, the agreement supports students in staying financially on track and encourages proactive communication with the International Education Office in the event of financial challenges.

If you are interested in participating, you will need the following:

  1.  Fill out the International Student Payment Plan Application.
  2. Send the filled out application to international@northwestu.edu.
