Get Involved
An NU community favorite, End Scene Improv is a student-led improv
comedy team that brings joy and laughter to campus every Thursday night! During their routines,
improvers participate in various skits and games designed to challenge their creativity and quick
thinking. From yelling out prompts to shouting the classic “Shady!” audience participation is
welcome and encouraged. To learn more about how to get involved with the End Scene
improvers, click here.
Lambda Pi Eta (LPH) is the National Communication Association’s official
honor society. LPH seeks to recognize the academic excellence of exceptional students in the
Communication discipline at colleges and universities across the United States. Northwest
University’s chapter holds social and educational events in both semesters and an induction
ceremony for new members in the spring term. LPH is an excellent opportunity for members to
meet other outstanding Communication students, learn more about what’s happening in
Communication Studies on a large scale, and be acknowledged for their achievements by a
nationally recognized association. Students have reflected on their LPH membership as a
tangible benefit in applications to both graduate school and career positions. To learn more about
Lambda Pi Eta and the eligibility requirements for admission, click here.
