National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

If you feel you are in a crisis, whether or not you are thinking about killing yourself, please call the Lifeline. People have called them for help with substance abuse, economic worries, relationship and family problems, illness, getting over abuse, depression, mental and physical illness, and even loneliness.

National Domestic Violence Hotline

This hotline will assist you in next steps for safety if you or someone you know is in a domestic violence situation. Concerned family and friends can call for help too. They will connect you with local resources, legal assistance, and helpful information toward safety.
