Eating Addictions are More Common Than You Might Think

It is now common knowledge that people need to reduce simple sugars, eat less salt, etc. however having knowledge about what to eat does not often result in a change in behavior. Often people who are unwilling or unable to change their diet have an (unrecognized) eating addiction.
