Auditing Courses
Alumni Audit
Alumni are welcome to audit one University course per academic year with no charge. Eligible courses: on-campus undergraduate courses (except Nursing), and on-campus graduate courses offered by the College of Ministry and the School of Business. Restrictions may apply due to class enrollment limits. Deadline to apply for the Alumni Audit is the last day of the course add/drop period. Course fees may apply.
The following is required to audit a course as an alumni:
- Special Tuition Rate – Alumni Audit
- Instructor Permission
Current Students – Course Audits
Students who would like to audit courses during their semester are allowed with instructor permission. The cost for an audit only course is 20% of the current over 18 undergraduate tuition rate or 20% of the respective graduate program tuition rate. Eligible courses: on-campus undergraduate courses (except Nursing), and on-campus graduate courses offered by the College of Ministry and the School of Business. Restrictions may apply due to class enrollment limits. Deadline to apply for the Alumni Audit is the last day of the course add/drop period. Course fees may apply. We are unable to guarantee a seat in the course until the first week of the course. We will monitor the enrollment of the courses as the on-campus students have priority for the courses.
The following is required to audit a course:
- Admission as a Student
- Special Tuition Rate Form – Student Audit
- Master Financial Agreement (attached to the Special Tuition Rate form)
- Instructor Permission
