Below are forms you may need throughout the semester. You may add a course up to Wednesday of the week the course starts. You have 6 days from the start of the class session to drop a course.

* You may use the Request Registration Change form for these purposes: (1) Add/Drop Classes, (2) Course Withdrawal, (3) Cancellation of Registration, (4) Program Withdrawal. The Request Registration instructions are intended to assist you in completing the Request Registration Change form.
