Christmas & Summer Housing

Christmas Housing

Christmas interim housing is allowed on specific days between the fall and spring semester for residents in the resident halls and student apartments who meet the qualifications. The halls are completely closed for all residents, including those approved for Christmas housing, when the university is closed to honor the Christmas holiday. This closure begins at 5pm on December 23rd and ends at 9am on December 27th. Residents who are registered for spring classes and assigned to a room may leave their personal belongings in their room without charge. Students who need to stay in the residence halls or student apartments during Christmas housing dates must apply by filling out a Christmas housing application here.

Housing between academic periods is ONLY permitted to accommodate Northwest University students who are registered for spring classes and intending to live on campus in spring semester.
