PowerCampus Utilities

These utilities are used to assist you in looking up and use information from PowerCampus.

Requirements: ODBC connection to the PowerCampus database. The IT Help Desk can assist you in getting this configured for your work station. If prompted, login with your Windows credentials.

  • Building Classroom Schedules: Dynamic Excel file that shows the course names, buildings, classrooms, instructors, general meeting days, times, etc. for the current Year/Term/Session.
  • Building Classroom Section Meetings: Dynamic Excel file that shows the course names, buildings, classrooms, instructors, specific meeting days, times, etc. for all courses for calendar dates starting from the prior week.
  • People ID Converter: Convert ID’s with formats of P000######, ######, etc. into a format of 000###### which can be used for entering multiple ID’s for PowerCampus queries. Coming soon…
  • Mailing Address Labels (Create Avery 5960 labels for envelopes): Click on the link to connect to IT’s Sharepoint. Download the Address Label Maker.zip file to your Downloads folder. Extract the file and save it to another folder other than the Downloads folder. Follow the instructions on the Address Label Maker.xlsm file to create the labels.
  • NU Mailing Address Labels (with PowerCampus connection): Create Avery 5960 labels for envelopes with a Look Up tool to NU People addresses. Contact IT (help@northwestu.edu) for this version.
