Internship and Practicum
Internship refers to the program run by the NPP Partner. Practicum refers to the course offered by NU for which the student gets credit. NU provides all you need for your interns to apply for and receive practicum credit. Coordinators plan a group meeting, or students initiate a meeting (Entrance Interview) at the beginning of each semester to understand and commit to the requirements. Coordinators complete a Practicum Submission Form at the end of each semester for each student. The Practicum Guidelines explain what is entailed in these 3-credit courses.
